Your winter holiday

In winter there are many possibilities to enjoy the unique winter landscape of the Lesach valley: Cross country skiing: The 50 km long ski tracks along the border allow you to have an unforgettable experience in our beautiful country. Ski tours: Climbing without a lift - there are many tours in the Karnisch and Gail valley alps. Either with a mountain guide or ski guide from the alpine school or alone - you can choose. We are happy to organize equipment for you or to help with the planning of a tour. Alpine skiing: In max. 60 min. in 5 of the most beautiful ski areas of the alps – Obertilliach (10min.), Sillian (30 min.), skiing area Helm (Südtiorol), Lienz and Nassfeld. Sports on ice: Curling at the sports centre in Liesing, ice skating area in Maria Luggau. Winter hikes: Short hikes and walks through the undisturbed snow-covered winter landscape are delightful. You can really relax, enjoy the surroundings and renew your strength. Horse riding/horse-drawn sleighs: Riding camp in St. Lorenzen, horse-drawn sleighs in Obertilliach.
